Men Denied Bail at Ft. Dix

The six Muslim men suspected of plotting to kill U.S. soldiers at New Jersey’s Ft. Dix have been ordered to be held without bail.

Prosecutors argued on May 11, 2007, that the men, all born outside the U.S., pose a flight risk.

Court papers said the men targeted Ft. Dix because one of them delivered pizzas there.

Authorities first learned about the men last January after a tip from a clerk at an electronic store.

Prosecutors said the clerk called police because a home video that the men wanted transferred, looked like it might have terrorist links.
