During an overnight school trip, last week, some 70 students were told a gunman was on the loose and to seek cover. Many of the 11-year-old
children from scales elementary school in Murfreesboro were frightened by the news.
Later on that night, the students were told the story about a loose gunman was just a prank, but many aren't laughing. Some parents are calling for teachers and an assistant principal involved in the incident to be fired.
The principal of the school said,"She has plans to handle the incident," but would not elaborate on what happened the night of the incident.
