A Bowling Green, Ky., woman’s headstone headaches are over today.
On May 15, 2007, we told you about several people who have been complaining about the Chapel Hill Memorial Garden Cemetery on Scottsville Road. They say they’ve paid the cemetery’s owner for headstones and date markers and they’ve yet to see any markers for their loved ones.
After we aired this story yesterday, cemetery owner, Eileen Santangelo showed up at Mary Miller’s doorstep to give her a full refund of more than $2,000.
The refund was for her late husband’s headstone, Miller paid for, but never received.
Santangelo told us she plans on making sure all of her customers with complaints end up satisfied.
