A Michigan meat company is recalling 129,000 pounds of beef products due to possible e. Coli contamination.

The USDA said the meat products are made by Davis Creek Meats and Seafood.

The items being recalled include boxes of mechanically tenderized steaks and ground beef. They were distributed in 15 states including Kentucky.

The boxes are labeled EST1947A and will say Manufactured for Gordon Food Service or Distributed by Gordon Food Service on the box.

The Michigan State Health Department discovered the problem as part of an e. Coli illness investigation.
