The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is investigating the rail road crossing intersection at KY 475 in Todd County.
This comes after two separate crashes involving commercial vehicles within seven days of each other.
Stop signs will be installed at the crossing and crews will begin trimming back brush and overgrown vegetation.
The Cabinent will also look at long-term improvements with CSX in terms of crossing gates and signals.
