Funeral arrangements have been set for 13-year-old Carl McCutchen. McCutchen was killed the morning of May 18, 2007, on 5th and Center Street after he was run over by a tractor trailer.

According to witnesses, McCutchen tried to jump on the back of a big rig. The next thing they saw was the lifeless boy in the middle of the street.

His funeral arrangements have been set with Burnham and Son Mortuary in Bowling Green.

McCutchen's visitation will be May 21 from 2-8 p.m., and his funeral will be held the following day at 1 p.m. at Seventh Street Baptist Church, followed by burial at Bowling Green Gardens.

McCutchen was a seventh grader at Bowling Green Junior High.
