Russellville Jewelry Theft - Update Save Email Print

Authorities are now searching for three people believed to be involved in a series of Wal-Mart jewelry thefts.

According to the Russellville Police Department, Michael Scott Bryant went into the Russellville Wal-Mart just before 3 p.m. on May 20, 2007.

Bryant obtained entry into the jewelry case, removed several rings and exited the store.

Police said Bryant also stole jewelry from the Wal-Mart in Franklin, Ky., and Hendersonville, Tennessee on the same day.

Bryant is originally from Adair County and maybe driving a white 1991 four-door Oldsmobile 98.

Police say 31-year-old Richard Young was also involved. The two are travelling with 29-year-old Serena Richards. They were seen in Columbia on Tuesday and could be in Springfield Kentucky.

The suspects stated they would keep steeling from Wal-Mart stores until they were caught.
