Former Transpark President Jim Vance will start work for a new company on Monday, May 17, 2004.
Vance tells WBKO he will be working as vice president and general manager for Pan-Osten in Glasgow. That's a Houchens Industries company that manufactures self-scan check-out lines for grocery stores across America.
Pan-Osten employs about 45 people.
Vance says he's very excited about joining the Houchens family and looks forward to helping create jobs and promote growth and economic activities.
The ITA's Executive Committee has not yet named a new president.
