The fourth man wanted in connection with an alleged plot to attack New York’s JFK International Airport made a brief court appearance on June 5, 2007. This after Abdul Nur surrendered to authorities in Trinidad earlier in the day.
The 57-year-old Guyana man requested a lawyer when he appeared in court.
The Justice Department has charged Nur and three others with conspiring to plant explosives to blow up fuel supply tanks, pipelines and buildings at JFK Airport.
Nur returns to court on June 11, for a bail hearing.
