A blast from the past circled the skies of Bowling Green on June 11, 2007.
A Lockheed T-33 Silver Star landed at the Bowling Green Regional Airport.
The two-seater plane will be at this year's Aviation Heritage Park Hangar Party.
It will stay in Bowling Green for the next couple of weeks at The Bowling Green/Warren County Regional Airport.
"It was the very first jet trainer during the 50's and early 60's that the Air Force and Navy used," pilot, Chris Rounds said.
The Hangar Party is on June 23. Proceeds from the event will benefit the new aviation park.
A ride in the Silver Star will be auctioned off at the party.
