Charges are pending following a two-vehicle collision in southern Kentucky this weekend. It happened on Kentucky 696 in Clinton County Friday night.

That's where state police say a 1986 Dodge being driven by 48-year-old Ricky Phillips, of Albany, crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Flora Dulworth, also of Albany.

Phillips, Dulworth and her one-year-old passenger were all taken to the hospital.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
