One man is in the hospital after a Fourth of July domestic dispute in Park City.
Kentucky State Police received a report of shots fired on Tisdale Street. Upon arrival troopers found 33-year-old Terry Conwell lying in the road with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
Police said Conwell had fired a rifle into the residence several times after a domestic dispute and eventually broke into the residence.
Twenty-year-old Matthew Pulley, an occupant inside the home returned fire, hitting Conwell multiple times.
Conwell was transported to The Medical Center and later taken to Vanderbilt.
Police are seeking a warrant for Conwell’s arrest from the Barren County Commonwealth’s attorney based on Conwell’s release from medical treatment.
Conwell is currently listed in critical, but stable condition.
