In Oklahoma a 12-year-old girl and her ten-year-old sister are accused of kidnapping a baby and holding him for ransom.
Police in Enid, Okla., said the girls broke into a neighbor's home on July 5, 2007, and abducted a one-year-old boy while his mother was asleep.
Authorities said the sisters left a note demanding a $200,000 ransom.
Police arrested the girls after their mother saw them with the child and recognized him. Investigators said the juveniles didn't have an explanation for why they took the baby.
The toddler was not hurt.
