The Warren County Sheriff's Department has confirmed the identify of the 4 year old who drowned. They say the victim is Travis Eugene Upton.
A spokesperson tells us the department responded to the call around 3:30 p.m. Monday, on Sunnyside Gott Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Smith talked with the boy's father, who told authorities while he was inside, his son went to see his grandmother in the back yard.
