Bowling Green's Inter-modal Transportation Authority is running short of money and officials say it may need to rely on public funds to pay it's debt obligations later in the year.
The authority owes a principal payment of $1.2 million on the bonds used to create the Kentucky Trimodal Transpark.
Officials say if the debt associated with the $27.4 million general-obligation bond isn't renegotiated, Warren County and Bowling Green may have to supply the funds to keep the park afloat.
