Minneapolis Storms Leave Thousands Without Power

While many in South-Central Kentucky are hoping for a little rain in the forecast, residents in Minneapolis are wishing for sunny skies.

Thunderstorms wreaked havoc over central Minnesota early evening on Aug. 13.

The storms left thousands without power before moving on into the Twin Cities metro-area, where about 60,000 customers were without power early Aug. 14.

Rescue workers there are still recovering from a deadly bridge collapse two weeks ago.
