Ohio Governor Declares State of Emergency

The state of Ohio might want to give some of its moisture to us.

The governor has declared a state of emergency in nine counties as part of the state pushes through its worst flooding in nearly 100 years.

Authorities are shutting down schools, streets and at least 500 people have been evacuated.

At least 22 people were killed by two storm systems, one that's thrashing the upper Midwest and the other that soaked Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri.
