If you couldn't figure out what to do with your old television set, one local group opted to help residents out.
Girls Scouts of Kentuckiana held an E-waste Recycling Day at the Hot Rods Stadium.
Vistors were able to recycle computers, radios, vcr's and other electronic devices all for just five bucks!
Scout coordinator Jessica Dilsaver says by recycling, it shows the girls how much of an impact can be made not only on the community but also on the environment.
"What they're doing is they're taking old glass jars and they are making vases out of them, pencil holders. They're also planting basil seeds."
Land-Shark Shredding was also on site to shred any paper products for free.
