The L & N Depot opens a cultural lesson on wheels for area residents.
The new railroad museum comes to life with a number of personal items and historic mementos donated by the community.
Additions to the museum include a gift shop and an exhibit featuring how railroads played an important role in our history.

There's one more chance on Sept. 1, starting at 9 a.m.
The museum will be open for regular business on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Adult admission will be $10 and $5 for children under 12.
Closed on Mondays, but the museum will be open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
