Family and friends paid tribute to a Kentucky soldier who was killed in Afghanistan.
Sergeant First Class Daniel Miller of Rineyville was killed on August 24, when the Humvee he was riding in flipped over.
A funeral service was held Sept. 1 in Radcliff for Sgt. Miller.
Miller joined the Army in 1986, but this was his first deployment for the war on terrorism.
Miller is survived by his wife and their six children.
He will be buried on Sept. 3 in Ohio, where he is originally from.
