Full Recommendation Handed to Mosher

The woman found not guilty in the deaths of two Bowling Green businessmen was back in court on Sept. 6.

Mickey Mosher's final sentencing was in Logan County.

In August, She took an Alford plea on a promoting contraband charge and pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana.

She was accused of having marijuana in her possession when she was at the Logan County Jail for a drug test back in January.

This happened while she was out on bond for the fatal crash that killed Cornelius Martin and Brooks Mitchell and seriously injured Bill Leachman.
On Sept. 6, the full recommendation, which is a total combined sentence for 16 months, was handed down to Mosher.
