Several blocks in the Brainard neighborhood on Chicago's south side, were hit hard after more heavy rains moved through the area on Sunday.
Many blame the city's sewer system for their flooded basements.
City officials say they received hundreds of calls about the neighborhood flooding.
Officials are still working to respond to as many flooded basements as quickly as they can.
