Leachman Files Lawsuit Against Mosher
A Bowling Green businessman who was severely injured in a motorcycle wreck that killed two people has filed a lawsuit to recover his medical expenses.

A Bowling Green businessman who was severely injured in a motorcycle wreck that killed two people has filed a lawsuit to recover his medical expenses.

Bill Leachman lost a leg in the crash that happened June 3, 2006, in Russellville.

Leachman's motorcycle was struck by a truck driven by Mickey Mosher of Warsaw, Ind.

The wreck claimed the lives of two other motorcycle riders, Cornelius Martin and Brooks Mitchell.

Bill and Lisa Leachman, along with Harry Leachman Motors, have filed a federal lawsuit against Mosher and her Indiana insurance company.

The suit was originally filed in Logan Circuit Court a few months ago.

Leachman's medical expenses are approaching $700,000.
