More Charges Filed in West Va. Case

A prosecutor has filed more charges against the woman who owns the West Virginia trailer, where a 20-year-old female was believed to be tortured.

After some graphic details of the attacks were read in court, the mother of the victim left in tears.

The case against Frankie Brewster will now go to a grand jury.

Along with kidnapping and sexual assault charges, she's facing three new counts of battery.

In a statement to deputies, authorities say Brewster detailed her role and implicated others, saying she wanted to come clean.

Police say Megan Williams was tortured, sexually assaulted, forced to eat animal feces and taunted with a racial slur.

Williams is black.

All six defendants are white.
