A man wanted in connection to Lexington and Owensboro bank robberies is behind bars.
Christopher Schenk, 45, was arrested Monday evening at the Western Hills Motel on Morgantown Road in Bowling Green.
Schenk is accused of robbing a US Bank in Lexington on January 28.
He is also accused of being involved in an Owensboro bank robbery in December.
Schenk is now in Owensboro police custody.
