Andee Rudloff Honored By State Education Group

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky Art Education Association (KyAEA) has recognized Andee Rudloff as the 2013 Museum Art Education Educator of the Year at their annual conference.

Rudloff is the Education and Visual Arts Director at the Southern Kentucky Performing Center (SKyPAC) in Bowling Green.

This year’s KyAEA conference was held October 4-5 at the Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville.

Each year the Kentucky Arts Education Association recognizes a member from the association for their outstanding work in arts education.

“We are so proud to honor Andee’s many achievements in Museum Education and her dedication to the Arts,” said Kim Soule, President of KyAEA.

The KyAEA is a nonprofit, all volunteer, non-salary art educational organization whose members are comprised of active and retired primary through 12th grade teachers, art advocates and higher education art students and educators statewide.

The mission of the Kentucky Art Education Association is to advance art education through professional development, service, advancement of knowledge and leadership.

The KyAEA is an affiliate of the National Art Education Association, headquartered in Reston, VA.
