A meth lab is found next to a creek in Barren County.

A deputy on patrol says he noticed a car parked next to Skaggs Creek Bridge on Matthew Mill Road Monday night.

When he approached the car, two people ran off.

Police say 38-year old Melissa Logsdon of Glasgow was caught near the creek with the active meth lab.

The next morning, drug task force detective recognized the two people that ran from the scene walking on Finney Road.

26-year old Christina Milton of Glasgow and 27-year old Garrick Myatt of Cave City were arrested.

They not only face manufacturing meth charges, but also evading police.

All three are in the Barren Co. Detention Center.
