Belton Woman Arrested After Traffic Stop

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- Kentucky State Police say on June 22, at 01:38 A.M., troopers initiated a traffic stop on a 1987 Ford Bronco being operated with out head lamps.

Upon contact with the operator, troopers say Alice L Rector was found to be under the influence of controlled substances.

After conducting Field Sobriety Test, Rector was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense.

Upon further investigation, troopers say it was determined that the Ford Bronco had been stolen and not yet reported.

KSP says it was also determined that Rector was possessing vehicle accessories that had been stolen from inside another vehicle.

Rector was additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000.00 and Receiving Stolen Property Under $500.00.
