LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Lexington police say the discovery of a body in a field has led to a homicide investigation.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reported the Fayette County coroner's office identified the victim as 45-year-old Tommy Crawford of Lexington.
His body was discovered Saturday night in a field on the city's north side.
Police say there had been fight and they were questioning a person of interest in the death.
The cause of Crawford's death was listed as blunt force trauma.
