Police say they were contacted by a fisherman who had located human remains in the Green River near the community of Woodbury in Butler County.
They responded to the call around 2:30 pm Saturday.
Police said the body was taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville, and that results as well as identification is still pending.
