"As a family, we just want to get to the perpetrators who committed this crime. Whoever did this, we wish you would turn yourself in. If anyone out there has any information on this case, please call the Bowling Green Police Department,” said Donald Daniels, Wynn's brother.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- A man was beaten in his Bowling Green home April 14. Now, police say this crime is a homicide investigation.

Last Monday, police found 62-year-old Gary Wynn (also known as Mike Beason) was found on his porch on North Sunrise Drive.

Police say he was in a semi-conscious state. He was driven to the hospital, then later air-lifted to a trauma center. Doctors discovered Wynn had been assaulted.

Police say after being in critical condition, Wynn died at around two o'clock this morning. His family wants answers.

"As a family, we just want to get to the perpetrators who committed this crime. Whoever did this, we wish you would turn yourself in. If anyone out there has any information on this case, please call the Bowling Green Police Department,” said Donald Daniels, Wynn's brother.

Police are now investigating Wynn's case as a homicide and they still have three "people of interest" in the case. So far, no arrests have been made.
