Bowling Green Releases New Mobile App

The increasing need to access websites via mobile devices has lead Bowling Green to offer a new service.

Beginning Monday, the city has a new mobile application. It was designed to give people easy access to what's happening in their community.

"This is giving them the ability to report a problem to us, to look up directory information, find out about our parks... get alerts, and have access to all of our social media right in one place, right on their phone," said Bowling Green Public Information Officer Kim Lancaster.

Bowling Green is the first city to use the new app designed by AT&T. Users can download it for free on any Apple or Android phone or tablet, Just search bowlinggreen, all one word, in the app store.
