LUDLOW, Ky. (AP) -- A deputy coroner says a northern Kentucky man whose body was found in a creek drowned and no foul play is suspected.
Kenton County Deputy Coroner Ronald Cook says it could be weeks before a medical examiner makes a final determination about what happened to 41-year-old Brad Lukey of Ludlow.
Teenagers fishing in Pleasant Run Creek near where it flows into the Ohio River found Lukey's body on Tuesday.
The teens say they initially thought the remains were a mannequin until they got a closer look.
