LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- More than 100 exhibitors are expected to show off their products at a Kentucky Proud-related food show this Saturday in Lexington.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT at the Lexington Center.
Exhibitors will offer samples of their products, including local foods and wines as well as dishes made by restaurants and caterers.
State Agriculture Commissioner James Comer says the event will appeal to anyone interested in food.
Homemade kitchen accessories will be sold, cooking demonstrations will be given every hour and culinary seminars and workshops will be offered.
Food Network celebrity chefs Bobby and Jamie Deen will give cooking presentations at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Rupp Arena.
The event will kick off with a Kentucky Proud breakfast for the first 300 paid attendees.
