Police say a gun and other weapons were found at Campbellsville Elementary School on Friday.
The Campbellvsille Police Department says they found a .38 caliber handgun and two fold out style knives from two students' backpacks.
The students were detained and police continue to investigate.
Possible charges are pending.
Police say there were no reported injuries or threats related to the weapons.
