The agency said in a news release that 32-year-old Shadrick A. Blackmon, of Radcliff, was arrested Friday on a charge of bribery of a public servant.

Police said they were alerted earlier this week by Hardin County Jailer Danny Allen who was concerned that one of his deputies had solicited cash or sexual favors to get an inmate illegally out of jail.

Blackmon is being held at the Larue County Jail. He had been employed at the jail for less than a year.
