The fast cars made their way to Bowling Green this week.
The National Hot Rods Association, also known as the NHRA is here in town for the 10th annual hot rod reunion.
Several races are going on, and several folks brought out old racing cars to showcase, like Barb Hamilton, who was the first female hot rod racer ever!
"I received my license in 1964, and I raced 11 years. I raced all over the country. I ran out in California, Long Beach, Irwindale, through Texas back through the Midwest," said Hamilton.
The event is going on Friday and Saturday.
Thursday at seven is the Cruisin' event at the Holiday Inn here in Bowling Green, where you can see many of the classic cars.
