KSP says one gram of suspected methamphetamine was concealed in the scooter.
Bowling Green, KY -- Kentucky State Police say at around 10:15 a.m. Sunday, October 20, Master Trooper Lonnie Hodges observed Nathan C. Gonzalez (22) of Glasgow, traveling eastbound on KY 90 approximately 5 miles west of Glasgow. Mr.Gonzalez was operating an unregistered motor scooter.
Further investigation revealed that Mr. Gonzalez was operating the scooter with a DUI suspended driver’s license. KSP says one gram of suspected methamphetamine was concealed in the scooter.
Mr. Gonzalez was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, Driving on DUI Suspended License 1st Offense, Failure to Comply with Helmet Law (Over 21 Years of Age), No Motorcycle Operators License, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, No Registration Plate/Receipt.
Mr. Gonzalez was lodged in the Barren County Jail.
