SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) - A local non-profit is in the running for a brand new car and they are asking for your help.
The Center for Courageous Kids is a finalist in Toyota's 100 Cars for Good program. In order for the camp to win the car the public has to go online and vote.
With thousands of campers arriving each year, CCK says a new car would be put to good use.
"We have over 900 volunteers per year and so they will travel to us from all over and so we will be using that vehicle to go and pick up campers and their families at airports and volunteers as well. We also transport our mascot Cubby to children's hospitals all over," says Sarah Keltner.
The Center for Courageous Kids is competing against other non-profits for the car. To help CCK win the new car you can vote this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. by clicking on the link below.
