A Louisville woman is ending her bid for a restraining order against a fourth grade boy.

Joy Furman claims the boy tormented her daughter, kicking her in the chest and chasing her with scissors.

Furman sought a restraining order to keep the boy at least 500 feet away from her daughter.

Furman's attorney says an agreement was reached with the school system to move her daughter to another school.
