Two missing kayakers have been found alive after spending Tuesday night on the banks of Drakes Creek.

Alexandra Wright and Luke Aldridge, both 20 years old, were found Tuesday morning along Church Lebanon Road in Alvaton by a farmer.

Rescue crews from several cities had been searching by boat and foot for the two all night and morning long.

They were looking along the banks of Drakes Creek at Phil Moore Park and Romanza Johnson Park.

The two had left kayaking Tuesday afternoon with a group of friends, who were in a canoe, when they got separated.

The two kayakers, who are from Louisville, were later reunited with family and are okay.
