Muhlenberg County Drug Arrests

Deputy Sheriff Terry Vick answered a domestic violence call at 101 Hickory Lane, Greenville, on September 30th, which led to drug charges being placed against a 49-year-old man at the residence.

Joseph Cicherillo was cited to appear November 13, before District Judge Brian Crick to answer charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia–Buy/Possess.

A 38-year-old Greenville woman was arrested September 26th by Deputy Sheriff Terry Vick. Christina Frazier was lodged at the Muhlenberg County Detention Center charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, first degree, first offense – methamphetamine, and Promoting Contraband, first degree. Frazier appeared before District Judge Brian Crick to answer all charges. Vick was assisted in the arrest by Deputy Alex Piper.

An investigation by Sheriff's Department Detective Troy Gibson, assigned to the Pennyrile Narcotic Task Force, led to the issuance of a search warrant on the property at 505 East Everly Bros. Blvd, Central City. Numerous drug items were found at the home, which led to a warrant being issued for the arrest of Jacklyn Peveler, 22, a resident there.

While executing the search warrant September 24th, officers cited a 26-year-old Central City resident to court on drug charges. Taylon L.
Whitney of 424 Mittie K. Render will appear before District Judge Brian Crick on October 30th to answer charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, second degree, drug unspecified, and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess.

Whitney was found in possession of hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia. Jacklyn Peveler was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center October 1, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, first degree, first offense – methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess.

Assisting were officers from the Central City Police Department and Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department.
