Nashville International Airport has opened two new priority lanes to help speed frequent fliers through the security screening.

The new lanes are available for members of frequent flier programs with Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Frontier Airlines.

Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority President and CEO Rob Wigington said in a news release that the airport collaborated with the Transportation Security Administration to launch the new service.

He said the service comes at the request of passengers and the airlines.
