Bowling Green Police have released surveillance footage from a robbery at the Shell Gas Station on Scottsville Rd.

Police say on January 13th a white man demanded the cashier to open the cash register.

The man was wearing a navy blue t-shirt, blue jeans, gloves, a white bandanna around his head, and a blue bandanna over his face.

The surveillance video shows a man entering the gas station 30 minutes before the robbery wearing a similar outfit.

"The first man that enters the store, we're not a hundred percent sure that he's involved in the robbery. but we would like to identify him. That's the reason we are asking the public for their help in identifying this person. We just want to talk to him," says Bowling Green Police Public Information Officer Ronnie Ward.

Police believe the robber is in his late 20's to mid-30's, and tall.

They say no weapon was displayed or threatened.
