KY-423, Millport-Sacramento Road will be closed in Muhlenberg County at the railroad crossing near Millport on Wednesday morning, February 6, 2013.
KY-423 will be closed at mile point 0.738 to allow a railroad crew to replace a damaged rail at the crossing.
KY-423 is expected to close about 8:30 a.m., CST, at this site.
The work is expected to be complete and the roadway to reopen about Noon, Wednesday.
This is along KY-423 between Shanks Lane and Stringtown Road.
There will be no marked detour.
Motorists who regularly travel KY-423 at this site should make advance alternate travel plans.
