We need you!
Join the conversation and help us define how the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center (SKyPAC) can best serve the residents of the entire ten county Barren River Area Development District (BRADD).
As the official Local Arts Agency, designated by the city of Bowling Green and Warren County, SKyPAC has also been charged with the management responsibilities of the Capitol Arts Center. Your input is vital in determining how we can utilize this important cultural and historic resource for the benefit of the BRADD region arts community.
We are asking you to join the conversation with other artists, arts organizations and interested citizens to participate in one of our community engagement meetings. These sessions will help us gain a thorough understanding of how SKyPAC can best serve the varied artistic needs and wants of the entire BRADD region.
SKyPAC has retained Liz Fentress, Kentucky Peer Advisory Network Consultant, as third party facilitator for these meetings. We want to hear from as many as possible so feel free to share this invitation to any of your friends and colleagues who have an interest in the arts.
Please RSVP by 5 p.m. January 2nd (for the January 5th meetings) or by 5 p.m. January 29th (for the February 2nd meetings) to Lynn Gilcrease at 270-904-5000, or by email at info@TheSKyPAC.com regarding which of these meetings you will be able to attend so we can be sure to have plenty of seating.
Please note: While we have scheduled two separate meetings and divided the days into three sections, the most important issue is that we HEAR FROM YOU! Please plan on attending whichever meeting best fits with your schedule. We look forward to hearing from you!
