Bowling Green Police's Cram the Cruiser and the Bowling Green Junior Women's Club's Coats for Kids are still taking coat donations.

A group of students from Holy Trinity Lutheran School made a donation today. They have been gathering coats for kids, and today they were able to cram them in the cruiser.

"I asked them when we got down here, what would you do on a cold day like this if you didn't have a coat? They agreed it would be sad if they didn't have a coast, so they wanted to help other kids have coats this year for winter," said Holy Trinity Lutheran School Preschool Coordinator Dianne Martin.

Martin says the school was able to cram the cruiser with at least 40 coats.

It's not to late for you to help cram the cruiser too. the Coats for Kids drive ends Dec. 1.
