Summer Strolls Continue on Collegeview Monday Night

BOWLING GREEN, KY-- The Board of Commissioners will continue their Summer Stroll series with a second neighborhood walk in Forest Park on Monday night, July 16. Walkers will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Collegeview and Glen Lily Road.

Monday night's stroll will give neighborhood residents the opportunity to talk one on one with officials and point out the neighborhood's opportunities, accomplishments, and concerns. The route will continue down Collegeview to Gayle, from Gayle to Normalview, and return back to the start along Glen Lily Road.

The next Summer Stroll on the schedule will be July 30 in the Loop Drive area, walking a portion of the Greenway and also part of Countryside Village Mobile Home Park. This Stroll was originally planned for June but had to be rescheduled due to a severe weather threat.

While a quorum of the Board of Commissioners may be present at Monday night's Stroll, no formal action will be taken. For more information about other neighborhood programming, call the City's Neighborhood Services Office at (270) 393-3674.
