A 15 car train derailment in Hopkins County closes some roadway this afternoon.

Kentucky State Police say at about 3:30 this afternoon they started receiving calls about it.

Police say the CSX cars were not loaded with anything and overturned. No one was injured.

The derailment has closed part of US 41 between Nortonville and Mortons Gap, and police advise avoiding that area until CSX gets everything cleared out of the way.
