Two Barren County Deputies Sue Jailer

Updated: Wed 2:18 PM, Apr 11, 2012

Two women who sued ex-Barren County Jailer Leland Cox for sexual harassment have now filed complaints against current Jailer Matt Mutter.

Sharon Houchens and Linda "Gail" Boles are both deputy jailers who filed complaints of gender discrimination and retaliation against Jailer Matt Mutter and Barren County last week.

Boles also accuses Mutter and Barren County of racial discrimination.

Mutter told WBKO, he's being represented by Regina Jackson of English Lucas Priest and Owsley.

Lexington lawyers, Suzanne Shaffar and Darren Embry filed the complaints.

However, neither the plaintiffs' nor defendants' attorney were available for comment Tuesday.
